Our Story

In 2011, we launched The Gourmet Way Catering, where we built our reputation by serving unforgettable meals for weddings, corporate events, family celebrations, and special occasions.

As our catering business grew, one question came up again and again:

In 2012, we expanded by launching HG Dessert Bar, adding handcrafted desserts to our growing family of brands.

When the pandemic slowed the catering industry, we turned challenge into opportunity. We took the signature seasonings that had become the foundation of our catering business and introduced Flavor Burst—the handcrafted spice collection that became Gourmet Way Foods.

Today, we're proud to bring the same seasonings trusted in our catering kitchen directly to home cooks everywhere.
